Ordering

You can buy right here online in a few easy steps. Our frames can be purchased with or without prescription lenses. You can see our full price list here.

If you’re ordering prescription lenses, we’ll just need an up-to-date spectacles prescription, including your name and the date of eye test. We will also need your pupillary distance, which is simple measurement. A step by step guide on how to measure your PD is here.

Once you have placed an order, one of the FRAMED team members will review it to make sure everything looks ok, if not we will contact you straight away to discuss. Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you.

Delivery

Delivery is free for home trials, £3.49 for regular orders under £100 and free for orders over £100. Please allow 3-5 working days for all home trial deliveries and 5-10 working days for all prescription orders.

Returns

Our number one priority is satisfied happy customers and therefore we offer a 30 day free returns no quibble policy.If you would like to process a return go to our ‘returns section’ on our website to begin your return. Alternatively email us at customercare@beframed.co.uk and we will be in touch within 24 hours.

Our home trial service allows 5 days for our customers to try on and enjoy the FRAMED experience.  To return your home trial box just follow the tracking process on our website. Please ensure the home trial order is returned within 5 days of receiving.

Each pair of glasses comes with our anti scratch and anti reflection lenses. We offer other lens options to suit the needs of all of our customers. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered 😉

Extras

1.67 Index Lens – £45

These lenses are 33% thinner than regular lenses and should be used by customers whose prescriptions are above +/- 4.00.

1.74 Index Lens – £60

For prescriptions above -/+ 5.5 1.74 index lenses should be used. These lenses are an additional 10% thinner and lighter than 1.67 index lenses.

Transition Lenses – £80

Why own both glasses and sunglasses when you can have it as an all in one.

Transition lenses allow you to enjoy the sun and be indoors all with the same pair of glasses. No need for sunglasses no more!

They are light adaptive and change depending on how much sunlight you are exposed too.

Blue Light Filter – £35

Spending most of the day in front of your computer or phone?

These lenses filter blue light rays that are emitted from screen helping to reduce both the damage done to our eyes and visual fatigue
