What is my PD (pupillary distance)?
Essentially your PD is the distance between your pupils (which is the centre of each eye, the black bit in the middle). The number found should be in millimetres with most PD measurements ranging between 54-74mm.
How to measure my PD?
1.Stand approximately 20-30cm away from a mirror.
2.Using a mm ruler held above your brow line (above your eyebrows), align the ruler with your left pupil by closing your right eye.
3. Align the 0mm mark on the ruler with your left eye.
4. Holding the ruler still, close your left eye and open your right eye, the measurement that sits directly above your right is your PD measurement. Repeat 2 or 3 times to ensure accuracy of your PD
5. This is your PD, keep it safe and have it written down somewhere. Enjoy the rest of the FRAMED experience!
